Frequently Asked Questions

Please visit our FAQ page to find answers to many common questions about registration and other topics. This will help save the registrars' time, as they are busy allocating hundreds of players!

Registrations for 2024 are now closed (refer to headings below)

Missed the cut-off?

Late registrations after the cut-off date may still be taken. Please email the player names and date-of-birth to registrars - - to be added to the wait-list and placed in teams when spaces allow.

Playing times and fixtures

Games are played on Saturdays at the following times:

First game-day is 27 April (to end of Aug.). Fixtures will be available here when released:

Teams & training - You will be contacted by coaches one or two weeks before the first game, or sooner for generally older teams. Coaches will organise a suitable training time with the team.

Kidsport Vouchers

If you're planning to use Kidsport vouchers, make sure you apply and receive your voucher number **before** starting your registration. You'll need it during the process.

Kidsport is a WA government program to assist with all or part of your club fees. To see if you are eligible, visit:

Once you have an authorised voucher and number, go to the AJSC website under "player individual details" and select "use a voucher". Enter the voucher number and amount (up to $231 per player). Any outstanding amounts can be arranged with the club.

Please ensure your voucher and application are for ****Australind Junior Soccer Club*** (NOT SENIOR).

Two-Part Registration Process

The two systems allow for family registration and payment, along with improved communication tools for teams, but also  meet Governing body requirements. Here's a quick overview of the process:

  1. Register and Pay on the AJSC Website: Register your family and apply for any applicable discounts (coaching, Kidsport, etc.).
  2. Link to Play Football: After completing the AJSC registration, please click the link to enter each player into the Play Football website. Follow the steps (no additional charges will apply). This step gathers individual player details for insurance and integrity purposes, as administered by Governing bodies.
For Play Football issues, please contact them directly at (02) 8880 7983 (9am-6pm Western Standard Time).

We are unable to offer any other form of registration or payment. Many places offer community access to internet services, including local libraries. Registration will be successful from any of these.

If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to use it on this site, consider a LOAD n GO prepaid VISA card available from the post office.

Registration Details Required

Please ensure you fill in and update the Emergency Contacts section in your Adult Member Contact Details. We use this information not only for emergencies but also as a way to record our adult members - this will become important if you want to become a member of the Leschenault Sporting Association at the Pavillion.

More information about LSA membership can be found on the FAQ page.

PlayFootball Registrations (compulsory Part 2 step)

PlayFootball registrations are done via the Australind Soccer Club (combined with the Senior Club). There is no fee for this Part 2 step of the process. If registering your child for the first time, create an account to be assigned a FAA number for each player. You can also follow this link to sign up:

Cancellation process and refunds

AJSC is keen for all children to “have a go”. If your child decides soccer is not right for them, partial refunds are available up until your child has played their 3rd game.  The refund is a part refund given our Governing Body's fees (insurance, etc) have been applied to the club from the first game onwards (approx. $50 to $120 per player). The cancellation options and refund amounts are as follows:

  • Pre-season cancellation - full refund (Governing body's and Club component fees/levy [referees, equip, admin]).
  • Week 1 - all registration frees refunded except Football West & Football Australia (FW/FA) fees of $50.
  • Week 2 to 7 - all registration fees refunded except FW/FA fee $50 + CCJSA fee of $70 ($120).
  • Week 8 onwards - no refunds (subject to Club Committee discretion).

After the three week trial period cancellations incur a minimum $120 fee payable subject to further consideration by the Club (please email registrars as early as possible if cancelling your registration -

Volunteers Needed!

AJSC is seeking volunteers to help with various tasks, including sausage sizzle (eg. Bunnings) or coaches bag prep, etc. Learn more about volunteer roles and nominate your interest during registration. Visit the Volunteer Page for more information.
